PIANC NSW – PORT KEMBLA PORT TOUR 30 July 2026

Join the PIANC NSW Chapter on a guided bus tour along the Inner and Outer Harbour precincts of Port Kembla, with commentary from NSW Ports representatives about port facilities, operations and developments.

Covering break bulk, automotive, liquid bulk, dry bulk and agribulk operations at AAT, BlueScope, PK Gateway, Manildra, Cement Australia, GrainCorp, Quattro, PK Coal Terminal and Squadron.  Along with the opportunities offered by the Outer Harbour Development.

A key focus of the Tour will be a site visit to the B104 Extension Project – a significant extension of an elevated-deck-on-piles marine structure currently under construction.

The tour will commence from the Port Kembla Maritime Centre public boat ramp carpark.

Attendees can either:

  1. Be picked up from Wollongong Station at 3pm by coach organised by NSW Ports and drop-off at Wollongong Station after the event; or
  2. Drive themselves to the Port Kembla Maritime Centre public boat ramp carpark (refer to directions below) and be picked up by coach for the tour at 3.15pm. Then dropped off at the Port Kembla Maritime Centre public carpark by coach after the event.
