Join PIANC WA Chapter on a tour and technical discussion of Lumsden Point in the Port of Port Hedland.
The Lumsden Point development will deliver two new common-user berths within the Port of Port Hedland, enhancing critical port infrastructure and capacity. The project will support the importation of renewable energy infrastructure, including wind turbines and blades, and is expected to play a key role in enabling the mining sector’s transition to lower-emissions operations.
The event will include:
– Project talks from Pilbara Ports and supporting contractors
– Vessel based tour of the Port of Port Hedland
– Bus tour of the Lumsden development if numbers support this
– Networking event in the evening.
Accommodation is available at the Gateway Village Port Hedland as well as other options in town.
