Hear from industry professionals about their career journey and meet other like-minded YPs. Open to anyone under 40 years of age working in or interested in the ports and marine industry including students.

Dr Kathryn Wheatley Associate Principal Scientist BMT
and Sam Wilson-Haffenden Project Director, Macquarie Point Stadium.
Dr Kathryn Wheatley is a leading marine environmental specialist whose career has spanned research, consulting, offshore operations and environmental management. She has worked on offshore energy projects, marine fauna monitoring, environmental approvals and regulatory compliance across Australia and internationally.
Sam Wilson-Haffenden is a project leader with extensive experience delivering complex maritime, infrastructure and major development projects across Tasmania. Starting as a naval architect, he progressed to senior executive positions at TasPorts before becoming Project Director for the Macquarie Point Stadium development.
