Speakers:

Caroline White is a Project Lead at Dampier Salt Limited, delivering infrastructure projects in remote coastal environments across Western Australia. With a background in structural and civil engineering, she has contributed to major port developments as well as marine and coastal infrastructure at different points throughout her career.
Caroline’s pathway into maritime engineering has been unconventional — moving in and out of the sector over time. From early involvement in the Cape Lambert Port B development, to applying engineering thinking in a community coastal erosion response, through to leading the delivery of marine infrastructure in highly corrosive environments. She brings a practical perspective on building capability, making decisions outside your core expertise, and progressively building capability within the maritime industry.
