PIANC AU-NZ AGM Wed 19 June 2024 – Adelaide CBD & Online 1.30-3.30pm ACST

PIANC Australia and New Zealand’s 28th AGM will be held in the Pullman Adelaide, 16 Hindmarsh Square, Adelaide CBD

1.30 – 3.30pm ACST (UTC + 9.5hrs)

All members are cordially invited to attend either in person or virtually.

Please advise whether you will be attending the AGM in person or online by filling out the attached form and returning by email by COB on Wednesday 12 June to our EO Paul Weston (Paul.weston@pianc.org.au).

This will help us to gauge likely numbers for seating and catering (lunch is provided beforehand 12.30 – 1pm)

If you cannot attend either in person or online but wish to have your voice heard on any matters, please fill out the attached proxy form and return to Paul Weston by close of business on 12 June 2024. (Paul.weston@pianc.org.au)

You may appoint any financial member of PIANC as your proxy, however, if you would like to nominate any of the following office bearers as your proxy they will be able to vote on your behalf:

• Laurence Benn (Treasurer)
• Neil Lawson (Co-Treasurer)

Note that the AGM will be preceded by a fantastic FREE SA technical seminar. held 10am -1pm at the same venue – lunch is included.
