Technical Tour at Trelleborg, Clayton, Melbourne Oct 16 2-5.30pm

PIANC AU-NZ’s Victorian Regional Chapter invites members to an exclusive facility visit at Trelleborg Marine and Infrastructure’s local docking and mooring operations on Thursday October 16 from 2:00-5:30 PM.
The afternoon will begin at the Trelleborg Engineering Centre of Excellence in Clayton (Vic), where we’ll see how their team handles design and project management for marine solutions, with product demonstrations of automated mooring and other systems. We’ll then visit their Noble Park production facility for a technical walkthrough of their quick release hook solutions, load cell exchange, and refurbishment processes and see new build orders in progress.
The afternoon will conclude with networking drinks and nibbles at Two Rupees microbrewery, giving everyone an opportunity to continue conversations with fellow PIANC members and Trelleborg’s technical team.
This is a practical opportunity to see how one of our industry’s key suppliers operates locally and understand their technical capabilities firsthand.
Note that attendees will need to provide their own transport to/from the event and between locations.
The event is FREE to members, $20 for non-members.
