Notice to All Financial Members: PIANC AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND is pleased to announce our 29th AGM will be held on Thursday, 19th June 2025 in Brisbane.
Location: WGA Offices. Level 10, 154 Melbourne Street, South Brisbane
Time: 2:30pm – 3:50pm AEST
Please find attached the Agenda for the AGM.
Please note that the current Board remains intact for 2025, as such there is not a requirement for nominate for Board Positions. This process will next be held in 2026.
It would be appreciated if you could RSVP if you plan to attend the AGM in person, or virtually. Please RSVP by 12 June to paul.weston@pianc.org.au
Please note that only Financial members can attend the AGM.
The AGM will be streamed via Teams. We will revert with a separate meeting invite with instructions on how to join in due course.
If you are unable to attend in person or virtually, and would like your voice heard on these matters, please fill out the attached proxy form and return to Paul Weston by 12 June 2025.
You may appoint any financial member of PIANC AU-NZ as your proxy. You may also nominate any of the following office bearers as your proxy and so they can vote on your behalf:
