Attend just one or all three parts of this FREE event which will run from mid afternoon into the evening. \n1) Inner Harbour Boat Tour OR Spoilbank Marina Walking Tour (running concurrently) 3pm – 4.15pm \nJoin us for a relaxing tour of the Port Hedland Inner Harbour with a focus on port and shipping activities\, guided by an expert from the Pilbara Ports Authority.  OR Recent works on the Spoilbank Marina bring this exciting project closer to completion. Join the Project Director from Pilbara Ports Authority to gain insights while walking the site. \n2) Information Session. 4.30 – 6.15pm \nLearn about PIANC\, the industry\, current and future port projects in Port Hedland at an information and networking session. DESCRIPTION:PIANC (The World Association for Waterborne Transport Infrastructure) has organised an exciting series of leadership breakfasts across Australia. Next breakfast is in Brisbane on Tuesday 31 October at 7am. \nThis event is FREE but registrations are ESSENTIAL. \nHear from industry professionals about their career journey and meet other like-minded YPs. Open to anyone under 40 years of age working in or interested in the ports and marine industry including students. \nGuest Speakers:  \nArne Nilsen – Design Director\, Aurecon \n \nArne Nilsen is a leader of Aurecon’s port and coastal engineering practice\, with responsibility for technical leadership in these fields across the group. He is a leader in the industry\, having involvement on PIANC working groups and currently being part of the Australian Standards Marine Structures code committee. \nArne has been responsible for leading multi-disciplinary study and engineering teams from the development of port facilities including the major expansions of the Abbot Point\, Dalrymple Bay and Hay Point Coal Terminals\, to commuter ferry terminals in Brisbane and Sydney. \nLydia Gentle OAM – Portfolio Delivery Manager\, BHP Mitsubishi Alliance (BMA) \nLydia is a Fellow and Chartered Civil and Structural engineer with over 15 years’ experience in the engineering\, mining and construction industries.
