Michel took over the job about 8 months ago having previously been the General Manager\, Assets and Infrastructure at Napier Port on New Zealand. He now has an appreciation of the enormity of the task. Centrally located in Launceston he is able to access most ports within a few hours. \nHe uses a combination of inhouse skills\, consultants\, contractors and suppliers to help get the job done.
